Michael has played a crucial role in helping me achieve the desired design for my house. Having Joey as our ID is the best things ever ! We have been changing some of the stuff / concept & I think that we might be her only difficult customer . Joey still smile & I like ur attitude . Taking us to getting fixture … when Reno start she has arrange all the works & keep us inform . Now that all the work is done she is also responsive when we text her . Thumbs up to you Joey !

Both Ian and Yvonne in charge of my case, they are both really professional and attentive to my needs. Yvonne is very responsive to my request, she resolved my concerns really quickly throughout the reno journeg! Ian is quick in understanding my preferences and suggesting my options. We would like to express our utmost gratitude for the renovation process with Visionary Interior Design especially to our Interior Designs, Joey Ang and Hilya. Both of them did the design after we layout our preferences to achieve the desired look of our dream house and they shared their creativity ideas. We were very impressed with Joey’s professionalism towards planning, designs implementation, efficiency, details, talents and managing our entire renovation journey. We love how Joey listened to our requirements and gave her professional advice and suggestions and put our ideas in place. She would ensure that the renovation process as per schedule and continue to update us with the dates for each additional process so that we knew the progress of the renovation. There were few hiccups on the renovation process, however, Joey was able to manage and rectify in timely manners without us worrying much. She is very dedicated in her work and that what we love about her. We love Hilya’s dedication in giving suggestions on the cat’s house and search for several suitable cat’s house that meet the criteria for our 2 cats. She managed the whole process well and updating us on the timelines. We were impressed of the outcome of the cat’s house. We hope our cats would love the cat’s house once we shift in. Thank you Hilya! We are glad to choose Joey as our Interior Design and have no regrets in choosing her in the first place! The end result of the renovation is beyond our expectation. Alfred-Evette Abode By Carine from Visionary Interior Design At last, we are all settled with moving part of our stuff into our new abode. Still have more stuff to be moved. But it’s time to reflect the renovation journey with Visionary Interior Design. This is our first time we find an interior designer (ID) for our new abode. The journey to source for an ideal ID was tiring-sweet. Tiring to go around looking for one ideal ID: spending time to research, scheduling busy schedule to meet the ID and repeat your requirements to each ID we met. Though tiring, but the sweetness moment – found the ideal ID (Carine from Visionary Interior Design), soften the tiring moment. Carine is professional, patient and passionate. She is professional to explain the whole ID process so that we know what we will be getting and spending. She is patient in explaining the details of the design, responding to your queries when arose after our meet up through text, and weaving in any new ideas when we thought about it later (e.g. installation of skylights at the passageway when we had commenced renovation). She is passionate in her work by sounding her views on our suggestions, but won’t be insistence not to incorporate; and checking on the quality of the workmanship and ensure the list of renovation workscope complete as planned. Solid 5 stars from the start to the handover. If we can only give more than 5 stars, what we can say is that everything is PERFECT. Our interior designers are Xavier and Ezra. They are truly THE BEST. We cannot help but to blast our crazy house design ideas to them, and they incorporate our ideas into a beautiful artistic 3D designs just one week after our first meet-up! They are not just full of energy, but they are truly supportive, patient and very efficient. They helped us to follow-up on all reno matters very effectively and efficiently, even there are last minute crack-ups. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Visionary Interior Design Pte Ltd, and go ask specifically for Ezra and Xavier!!! Hatss of to both of them!!!!!! (For full review, please read on Qanvast or Facebook) We met Michael & Carine at the Qanvast event back in Jan 2023. In total, we met around 7 IDs before making our decision. Their company, Visionary Interior, was able to prepare a full set of 3D drawings based on their initial meet-up with clients at a nominal rate (eventually offset from the renovation cost). At that point in time, we were not required to commit to the full renovation contract, as this was done only after seeing the 3D drawings. Compare this to how other IDs require a down payment on their quotations first before providing the first draft of 3D drawings; how Visionary does it actually makes a lot of sense. After meeting various IDs all around Singapore, we went back to their office a month later to witness what Michael & Carine had in store for us. And the 3D drawings immediately captured our attention. On top of that, what captured our attention even more was how excited the two of them were to show us their artwork. The positive attitude and genuine excitement we sensed from Michael and Carine were aspects that we did not come across when meeting the other IDs. What we saw, sensed and heard from them were their bona fide enthusiasm in becoming the brain and the artists behind our dream home. The 3D drawings needed a little amendment here and there, but other than that, they “got it” on the first attempt! My wife and I both agreed that they really understood what we tried to verbalise quickly. When we decided to engage Michael & Carine as our IDs, we were very clear in our expectations that our key reasons for engaging ID were: (1) Design Advices and Decision Making, (2) Project Management. From that day onwards, we were able to depend on Michael and Carine reliably for all decision-making processes related to every aspect of our new home. They were always able to make decisive choices for our home’s design because they totally understood our preferences. From beginning to the end, we are just satisfied with 100% of all decisions made by them. In terms of project management, Michael and Carine were possibly the best communicators out of all the IDs we met. This was true throughout the entire journey. Responses from Michael and Carine were always prompt. At times when there were slight delays, they were always apologetic and were then able to immediately get to the point on hand. There were certain items in our house that we purchased by ourselves at Gain City’s group buy for our estate, one of which was the air-con for the entire house. After key collection, Michael and Carine were receptive to our preference of setting up a group chat with the Gain City representative, and they efficiently took over communications with Gain City the moment we told them the details. The only slight hiccup that happened during the renovation process was how the Gain City air-con team messed up the piping plans and almost needed massive rework of our carpentry. Upon this incident, Michael and Carine took over immediately to communicate, and even provided timely update to us on the progress of the issue. Eventually, it was rectified in no time. Before we start our renovation journey, we were wary of renovation “horror stories” shared by our friends. We were ready to engage in debates or arguments with IDs, vendors, contractors etc. if required, so that we don’t pay for nothing. But you know what? With Michael and Carine as our IDs, this thankfully never had to materialise. Our entire renovation journey was nothing short of top-notch professionalism from their team, and the way they managed everything was just a pinnacle example of pristine project management. We are writing this as we sit in our new home today. To say we are satisfied customers is an understatement. We count ourselves fortunate to have met the two of them, and we can’t wait for the day we officially shift in, settle down, and invite Michael and Carine over for a cup of coffee at our dining table. Thank you Michael and Carine! You guys made our dream home not a dream anymore. 😊
